I spent 10 days in Myanmar documenting the story of tea with the founder of Burma inc and his team. We spent one of those days visiting a small tea village called Namhsan, in Shan State. Burma inc works with farmers to grow the tea that’s served in their restaurants and products for the shelves at Whole Foods . Due to the civil war this area is closed off to tourist but because of the relationship Burma inc has with the village we were allowed in.

how quickly I get stuck between the here and there that is life. I often miss the beauty that's constant,
moments remind me of how little my problems are compared to the grandness of nature.
My faith and my camera have shaped the way I see the world. It has made me appreciate the smaller mundane moments that seem trivial to some but for me are full of life. The beauty that is in the "in-between.” Moments are surreal, like a dream, it moves slow yet it all happens so fast. As a photographer, my eyes are constantly distracted looking for those "in-between" moments, that beauty is where I wish to stay
